Do I need artwork ready to get a quote?
No. Tell us what you're going for and we'll let you know what we need. If you have a file, upload it. If you only have a concept, that's fine too — just describe it on the form. We flag art issues before production, not after.
What's the smallest order you'll take?
Screen printing starts at 12 pieces. Embroidery at 6. DTF transfers have no minimum — order what you need. If you're not sure which method fits your quantity, mark "Help me decide" on the form and we'll sort it out.
How fast can you turn an order around?
Standard is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush options are available on most orders — tell us your in-hands date on the quote form and we'll confirm whether we can hit it before taking the job.
